No,  this is not one of my silly posts about penguins and Jessica Alba.  Nor is it a commentary on recent political events.  This is my personal story. I am going public here on this blog.  Please watch this video, as it shows me while I was in my disease and after I sought recovery.  I don’t do this to draw attention to myself, but to draw attention to the fact that alcoholism and mood disorders are very prevalent and are treatable.
